Haryana: SDM Surendra Singh inspected the Saral Center located at Ratia on Thursday. During the inspection, he took stock of various government services being provided to the citizens at the centre, functioning and status of pending applications. He received information from the concerned staff about the facilities being provided to the citizens coming for services.

Instructions to ensure time bound services

SDM Surendra Singh instructed the officers and employees that the work of the citizens coming to the Saral Center should be completed on priority basis within the stipulated time limit. Citizens should not face any kind of problem in availing government services. He said that it is the priority of the administration to provide simple, transparent and time bound services to the citizens.

Orders to pay special attention to cleanliness and facilities

He directed that special care should be taken of cleanliness, seating arrangement and other necessary facilities in the centre. Along with this, the complaints and problems of the common people should be resolved seriously, so that citizens do not have to visit offices unnecessarily for government work. The SDM said that all officers and employees should discharge their responsibilities with full dedication and promptness, so that the common people can easily avail the benefits of government services.
