First take jowar flour in a big bowl. Add salt and water to it and beat the mixture well in such a way that there are no lumps. The consistency of the flour should be thin like semolina dosha. You can add a little extra water if needed. Now when the pan is hot enough, pour thin batter on it and do not spread the batter.
