A very relief and big news has come out for the people of Bihar. Bihar government has taken a very revolutionary step to solve the everyday problems and complaints of the common people. Now the people of the state will not have to worry about repeatedly visiting the government offices of the block or district headquarters for their small and big complaints and government work. On the special initiative of Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, it has now been decided to organize special ‘cooperation camps’ in all the panchayats across the state. The biggest feature of these camps will be that people’s complaints will be registered directly on the spot and their concrete solutions will also be given within a fixed time limit.

The main objective behind starting this new system of the state government is to take the administration directly to the doorsteps of the people i.e. villages. The government wants that the local problems of the people can be resolved quickly in their own areas. For this, a special roster has been prepared, according to which these camps will be organized in different Panchayats on different dates so that the villagers and common citizens of every area can get full benefit from it. For the convenience of the public, the government has also issued a helpline number 1100, by calling which people will be able to easily get information about the day on which this special camp is going to be organized in the Panchayat of their area.

‘Cooperation camps’ will be organized in Panchayats on these two days of every month.

To run this new and excellent system smoothly, the government has fixed the complete schedule. Under this, these special cooperation camps will be organized in different Panchayats of the state on the first and third Tuesday of every month. In these camps, responsible officials of various departments of the government will themselves be present and will listen to the problems of the people face to face. The state government has shown complete seriousness in this work and has given huge responsibility to all the ministers. All the ministers have been instructed to go to the districts under their charge and conduct surprise inspection of these camps themselves. Not only the ministers, but Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary himself will also make surprise visits to some Panchayats from time to time so that the system can be taken stock of and people can be directly talked to.

Complaint will be registered on spot and solution will be given in 30 days

The functioning of these camps has been made extremely transparent and digital. Complaints of people coming to the camps will be registered on the spot i.e. without any delay. For this, already trained government employees will be deployed at the camp site. These employees will take the application forms from the incoming applicants and will immediately register them through digital medium on the special ‘Sahyog Samadhan Portal’ of the government. The government has given strict instructions to the officials that it will be absolutely mandatory to resolve any complaint lodged on the portal within a maximum of 30 days. When the complaint is completely resolved, its written information will also be given to the concerned person so that there is no confusion.

Officials from 19 important departments will be present together in the camp.

So that the people of the village do not have to wander for different works, counters of a total of 19 important departments will be set up under one roof in these cooperation camps. This means that people will get a variety of government services and solutions at one place. At these counters, mainly all the problems to ration card, old age or other pension schemes and Chief Minister and Prime Minister Housing Schemes will be heard.

Along with this, the biggest problem of rural areas i.e. land disputes, mutation and land demarcation matters will also be resolved here. The process of necessary applications to caste, income and residence certificate for students and common people can also be completed here. Apart from this, people will be able to register any kind of complaint to the basic needs of the village like electricity, roads, water, education and health services here. Through this platform, common people will also be able to give their necessary suggestions to improve various welfare schemes of the government.
