The cut-off of OBC, SC, and ST categories has also come down from 161-127 to 143-113. There has also been a decrease in cut-off for PWBD candidates. According to NTA data, 22,76,069 candidates had registered for NEET UG 2025 this year. Of these, 22,09,318 students took the exam. A total of 12,36,531 candidates passed the examination, which is about 56% of the total students present. On the basis of nationality, 12,34,991 Indian candidates, 529 foreign nationals, 405 NRIs, and 606 OCI candidates have passed.

There were 3,03,040 students in the range of 144–200 points, while the range of 601–650 points included 1,259 candidates.
