Ingredients
Bread – 4 slices
Capsicum – 1 piece
Green chillies – 3
Butter – 1 tsp
Garlic cloves – 3
Method
- First of all take capsicum, green chilies, coriander leaves, and garlic and chop them finely.
- After this, put butter cheese in a bowl. Add chopped green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, and capsicum and mix well.
- After this, add garam masala cheese to this mixture as per taste. Now take a non-stick pan/tawa put bread slices in it and bake on one side on low flame.
- When the slices are cooked, apply the prepared mixture on the bread from the side where they are baked, put a little butter in the pan and bake on low flame till the slices become crispy.
- After this, take out the bread from the pan and cut it. Chili cheese bread is ready. It can be served with green chutney or tomato sauce.
